When and where is ARA 2026 taking place?

ARA 2026 will be held from 5th to 7th August 2026 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow (conference hotel). The Arrival Drinks will be held on the evening of Tuesday 4th August at the conference hotel.

What are the ticket options and pricing?

We offer a range of registration types, with early-bird rates available. For full details, visit the Fees page

Will sessions be recorded?

Sessions will be delivered live only in 2026 and recordings are not planned .

Can I present remotely?

There are no facilities for remote presentations at ARA 2026.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know during registration. We also offer a quiet room during the conference for anyone who needs it. Our Wednesday social venue, which is away from the main conference hotel, is also fully accessible.

Where can I find the conference programme?

The full programme, including speaker details, will be available on our website from March.

Can a colleague attend in my place?

Yes, we can accept changes to your registration without charge, up 14 days (inclusive) before the conference. Within 13 days (inclusive) of the conference, substitution of one delegate for another can be made at the discretion of the Organiser. However, any special dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed if the Organiser is informed of your changes within 14 days or less before the Event.
