Join the ARA 2026 committee for an informal get-together in the Finnieston Room, on the first floor of the Radisson Blu hotel.
If you'll be in Glasgow on Tuesday, it's the perfect opportunity to chat with others and get acquainted with the layout of the venue before the conference starts the next day.
Enjoy a drink on us before you head out to dinner!

WEDNESDAY

5 AUGUST

Banqueting Hall, Glasgow City Chambers

ARA 2026 will start in style in the historic surroundings of the magnificent Banqueting Hall at Glasgow City Chambers, one of the city's most prestigious buildings. Completed in 1888, the building was opened by Queen Victoria, and for over 100 years it has been the headquarters of Glasgow City Council.
Join us for drinks and a light supper as we enjoy a welcome to the city from The Rt. Hon. The Lord Provost of Glasgow.

Transfers to the Glasgow City Chamber will be arranged on request only. Please provide details during registration.

Gala Dinner with Awards

Megalithic Suite, Radisson Blu Hotel

Guests will enjoy an arrival drink followed by a curated three-course dinner with wine or soft drinks, on the first floor of the Radisson Blu. After the awards presentation, the evening continues with dancing.

To ensure smooth service, delegates will select their main course during registration. The committee have selected two options to provide variety while also aligning with the hotel's policies of outsourcing locally and seasonally.
