Speakers will be sent an invitation to register with a bespoke link to their presentation information from 2 March 2026 (once the draft programme is finalised). Speakers are expected to attend and present in-person.

Registration for the conference is online only. You can register as an individual or as a group up to 5 people. Please read the information below before proceeding to the registration form.

CARD: our preferred payment method is online by credit/debit card at point of registration.
If you or your organisation is unable to make online card payments, you can select one of the following payment options at the end of the registration process:
BANK TRANSFER: If you don't have a purchase order (or require an invoice to raise a purchase order) please select the 'Bank Transfer' option. A purchase order number can be added later and invoices re-issued (once a PO number has been added, it cannot be changed).
PURCHASE ORDER: If you have a purchase order please select this option and enter the purchase order number. This can only be used with the final PO number ('TBC' won't be accepted).

Are you an ARA member?
If you are registering as a member, please make sure you have your membership number to hand before beginning your registration. For membership enquiries please contact Lorraine Logan on +44 (0) 1823 327077 and select Option 1, or email membership@archives.org.uk.
Corporate Membership
ARA Institutional Affiliate (corporate) membership allows for three staff members to attend one event at the member rate; once you have used your allocation, all other staff bookings will be payable the non-member rate.
Speaker
Invited or oral speakers will receive personalised registration invitations from the organisers soon. Please do not use the delegate registration form unless instructed to do so.
Sponsor or Exhibitor
Sponsors and exhibitors will also receive separate registration instructions in due course.
Committee or Staff
The organisers will be in touch directly to facilitate your registration accordingly.
