ARA Member Registration Fees
- The fees below apply to current ARA Members. Membership will be checked during registration so please make sure you have your membership ID handy.
- You will not be able to renew your membership during the Conference registration. For membership enquiries please contact Lorraine Logan on +44 (0) 1823 327077 and select Option 1, or email membership@archives.org.uk.
Corporate Membership
ARA Institutional Affiliate (corporate) membership allows for three staff members to attend one event at the member rate, after they have used their allocation all other non-member staff bookings will pay the non-member rate.

Hosted by Glasgow City Council at the Civic Chambers, the evening will include drinks and a hot fork buffet. Tickets are included in the full conference packages, and additional tickets can be purchased during registration, at the following prices:

Gala Dinner with Awards
Thursday 6th August
Anticipated times: 7pm-11pm
Hosted at the conference hotel, the evening will include arrival drinks, 3-course dinner, ARA awards, DJ & dancing. Tickets are included in the full conference packages, and additional tickets can be purchased during registration, at the following prices:

Accommodation Inclusions and Options
Changing your room type from single to double or twin
The 'Conference with Accommodation' registration packages include a double room for single occupancy. If you wish to change your room type to a double or twin (for 2 people sharing) please let us know after your registration has been submitted. We will then send you an invoice for the cost of an additional person sharing (£10 per night for an additional breakfast).
Additional nights
The 'Conference with Accommodation' registration packages allow delegates to add one additional night to their booking, specifically for the night of Tuesday 4th August, at a cost of £180 (B&B, single occupancy). This can be done during the registration process. Availability is limited.

The 'Conference no Accommodation'
and the 'Day Delegate' tickets do not include accommodation or the option to add this during conference registration.
If required, this will need to be booked directly with the hotel.
